Conduct of All India Entrance Test - 2024

All India Entrance Test for admission to the Joint Masters/LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Management shall be held on Sunday, 30th June, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Written Entrance Test Scheme:

• The pattern for the written entrance test shall be as mentioned below:

• The test paper will consist of 100 MCQs with each question carrying 1 mark.
• The duration of the examination will be 120 minutes.
• Negative marking: There will be Negative Marking in ALL INDIA ENTRANCE TEST 2024. The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 Marks will be deducted. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of one (1) mark.
• If two or more candidates get the same marks at the All India Entrance Test, their merit will be decided as follows:
  • Seniority of Age
  • Computerized Draw of Lots
